I had just recently moved to Guelph and was looking for a full service garage to service my daughters car. From the time I booked the appointment, I found Brock Road Garage great to deal with. They were thorough, their prices were fair, and they communicated well, explaining the work and providing options. They provide a detailed vehicle review with photos documenting vehicle condition and drawing attention to potential future issues. I found this very helpful in planning ongoing maintenance needs. On both appointments, the vehicle was ready when promised. Very positive experience thus far.

It’s always a pleasure to deal with these folks. They always offer me a loaner so that I can leave my car there rather than waiting for it.They are very up front in communicating things that ‘need to be fixed’ and things that ‘should be done soon’ with no BS, or attempts to sell me repairs I don’t need. They always work with me to make things as convenient and affordable as possible.It’s hard to find a trustworthy auto repair shop these days, but Brock Road definitely fits the bill!

I hit black ice and bumped into the back of another car. The accident caused damage to the tire and front end. I was quite shaken after the accident. I was able to drive my car to Brock Road Garage. As always, the kindness and service given to me was excellent. I was given a loaner car to use for a few days. My car was repaired quickly and cost-effectively…and above all I knew it was done right. Highly recommend.

We have two cars, Ford Fusion and Honda Civic serviced and repaired by Brock Road garage since last 4 years. Always very clear in letting us know what is required and also kept informed about the status of repair. Very economical and friendly service. After any repair, follow up is very good.

My Volvo sat at another shop for a week and they could not figure out what was wrong or how to fix it. I had it towed to Brock Road Garage and they had it up and running in one day. GREAT SERVICE. Will definitely go back and highly recommend!!! Thanks guys!!

I’ve been dealing with Brock Rd Garage for 18 years. Yes people come and go and the business has changed ownership; but I’ve never had a problem, either with an appointment or the quality of work. Two years ago I had an AC malfunction. Brock rd was booked solid for 2 weeks so I went back to the dealer for an estimate – $1300. I decide to wait for a Brock Rd appointment. Glad I did – the issue was a $5 relay! Recently I went in for a safety to sell the car – they reported the issues, gave fair quote, fixed em on my ‘go-ahead’. So, I’m a happy client and with my new vehicle I’ll be doing all the service there except, of course, for warranty work.

I have been dealing with the folks at Brock Road Garage for a number of years now. I have always been very happy with the service and with the help they have given me. They have definitely save me money on some repairs (I had checked with my dealer, who recommended things that were not necessary). But Brock Road have also helped me when an emergency occurred, and they found the minor problem (it wasn’t really an emergency–but I thought it was) they fixed the problem, and because it was so minor, did not charge me. They have guided me through the regular car challenges of my last two cars. I find them reasonable, through, very accommodating and scrupulously honest. Thanks guys – because of you I have a happy car, and a happy wallet.Spring 2018 – got regular maintenance done, and summer tires all done – once again I ‘m a happy customer.

When I started working in Guelph in 2014, commuting from Brampton, Brock Road Garage was recommended as a local shop. I have NEVER had an unpleasant surprise in the way the staff have served me (I’ve had a few “oh, really?” when they’ve told me the ‘bad news’, but that’s what maintaining a car can be). They have replaced my transmission and my engine with lengthy warranties and competitive prices on each, translating to great value. On several occasions they have suggested ‘work around’, cost saving solutions for my high mileage vehicle. They’ve invoiced less than quoted on several occasions. No, I don’t work there 😉 they’re just honest, up-front people running an honest business, and though I no longer work in Guelph I still service my car there, driving from Brampton, and taking a loaner to do so. I can see why there are so many glowing reviews, they earn it.

Went to see them after my vehicle started with issues around the wheel well on the front driver side of my SUV. They were able to get me in within a week and responded quickly to e-mail communication which is great with my busy schedule. Price came in a lot cheaper than I expected and their customer service was fantastic. It was my first time there as I am new to Guelph and I will definitely be going there for my car repairs and ongoing maintenance moving forward. Thanks for your help and welcoming service!

I have only recently started bringing my vehicles to Brock Road Garage. I have been very pleased with the service provided to date. Shelley, Monday January 27th I was dropping off my wife’s vehicle and heard part of the mostly one sided conversation between your husband and Paul. A request was made for an on the spot diagnosis so that the vehicle can be taken to his regular shop and be fixed. Paul was offering to be very accommodating. Paul first offered to inspect the vehicle that day explaining how they are booked up but will do everything they can, was not good enough. Paul then offered to have the vehicle inspected by noon as he stated he understood he was from out of town. Still was not good enough. How can anyone expect that a check engine light diagnosis is simple and quick? My ride arrived and that’s when I left. One thing I know of the staff at Brock Road is that they go over and above to do everything they can to fix or maintain your vehicle. Knowing that you typically have to book ahead to get an appointment due to them being very busy tells you one thing, they are good! Keep up the hard work and dont let one bad apple ruin the day!

I won’t take my car to any other garage. They gave me a very detailed report about my service – things that need to be fixed ASAP, things to consider fixing, and anything that’s in good shape. One concern I have is when I dropped my car off all my headlights were working, but when I picked it up one light was out. I had my own replacement which I replaced, just found that unusual to pick it up like that.
